Description Come enjoy a peaceful stay at one of our cozy, clean apartments at the Sanctuary Guest House. I am Gideon Aven, and I help with booking at the Sanctuary Guest House. Feel free to ask for references from previous guests. This is like having your very own private apartment for a more affordable price than any hotel in Manhattan. If you choose to take advantage of our complimentary breakfast each morning, you will enjoy a variety of teas, fresh fruits, cereals, breads and jams, juice, milk and coffee, all served in our private breakfast area which is open throughout the day for your convenience (picture below). You are also welcome to join us for a morning yoga class we offer each day from 8-9am. We offer comfort and style within a few blocks from the fashionable SoHo district and are within walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, trendy shops, and sophisticated bars. This is the ideal location to conduct business or enjoy the art galleries, theaters, museums, and night life in the East Village, Chinatown, or Little Italy. Located just 3 blocks away is the F Train which will take you to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building, and Central Park all within 15 minutes. Fully air conditioned. The apartment sleeps four people comfortably, as the couch pictured in the living room opens up into a bed. Fresh linens and fluffy white towels provided. Access to public roof-deck as well (pictured at the bottom). Location Description Amenities include: cozy, sleek and stylish furnishings, full kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, hardwood floors and exposed brick, flat screen TV with cable, DVD/CD player, full private bath, wireless internet and some suites have washers and dryers. Fully air conditioned. The apartment sleeps four people comfortably, as the couch pictured in the living room opens up into a bed. Fresh linens and fluffy white towels provided. Access to public roof-deck as well (pictured at the bottom). For our economically-minded guests, the Divinity apartment is a simple yet very cozy, clean and fully functional apartment. Amenities include two double beds, full private bath, exposed brick and hardwood floors, full kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, and of course, access to our public roof-deck. Fully air conditioned. Fresh linens and fluffy white towels provided. Check-in is anytime after 3pm, and check-out is at 11am. Our breakfast area is also a very safe and convenient place for guests to their leave luggage if arriving before check-in, or if your flight leaves in the late afternoon or evening. We require a $300 deposit to hold the apartment for each week reserved, with the remainder paid upon arrival. There will be a small cleaning and administration fee added to the final cost. We offer discounts on week long stays. We can offer a full refund up to two weeks before the scheduled reservation. If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days from the start date of the reservation, we can only refund half of the deposit. As you may imagine, it can be very hard to fill the apartment at the last minute. There is a $20 late night fee for check-ins after 10pm. We ask that guests do not smoke or cook meat in the apartment, and that guests be clean and considerate. 3 times a week we assemble a team to serve out food to the homeless in Thompkins Square Park, about 5 blocks away.
