We are looking for a 3-4 bd rental home in the Beckley, WV area that allows a medium size dog. We would prefer HUD approved housing however, we are able and willing to pay full rent as long as not over $600/month. We are able to pay up to $750 for homes that have utilities included or is rent-to-own. We have poor credit but excellent rental references. Would like to move into home before the holidays.
