Eagan is a residential city outside of the Minneapolis area of Minnesota. Eagan provides an abundance of rental housing to citizens in the region, and the housing is quite affordable in some areas. Eagan has many parks and is an environmentally conscious community of people. There are a number of upscale neighborhoods in town, as well as middle class neighborhoods and apartment blocks. People who come to this area initially check out Minneapolis condos for rent but find that suburbs are more family friendly and the commute is short.
