Evanston is a small residential and commercial area located off the coast of Lake Michigan in Illinois. Evanston has a bustling downtown area packed with office buildings, condominium homes, and large corporations. Evanston has a variety of middle class rental houses for rent, and a few upscale areas with spacious houses available as well. Evanston also has a surplus of apartment rental homes, and real estates properties as well. People who travel to the area in search of a home tend to first check out home rentals in Chicago, but find that Evanston is a great area as well.
