Montebello is a very diverse area just outside of East LA in Southern California. Montebello offers a plethora of rental homes including low income rentals, apartment and condominium rental homes, affordable house rentals and real estate as well. Montebello has very large parks within city limits, a large well-known memorial for Armenian genocide. Many Armenian families have property in Montebello, CA. Those who really like this area tend to also check into East LA condo rentals, but find that Montebello provides a somewhat safer locale and a family friendly residential location.
