Why Rent in Montana?
Montana is a Northwestern state that ranks fourth in area, out of all the United States. Though the area is vast, the population remains small. This remains due in part to the economy and job market which is primarily made up of ranchers and farmers. Montana does get a boost though from the tourists, who come through each year to visit Glacier National Park and to go through three of the five entrances of Yellowstone National park.
Western Montana is very mountainous, while the eastern area is more flat (which is great for agriculture production). Residents agree that Montana is a gorgeous place to live; the land is very preserved and seemingly untouched! Montana weather is quite nice, though the East tends to get hotter and the west stays a bit cooler. The mountains get quite a bit of snow as well.
Natives of Germany and Scandinavia settled in Montana and remain residents. Some great cities to find home rental deals are Billings, Bozeman, Helena and Great Falls. A few films were shot in Montana, including “A River Runs through it” as well as “Legends of the Fall”. These films chose Montana as a location since it is so beautiful! Many residents will agree that Montana is a great place to live.
