They aren't the lowest in the nation by any means, but the area is definitely worth looking into for many reasons. Also take a look at Mesa rental condos, for houses of similar class and price range. Scottsdale (and Mesa) are in Maricopa County, where there are many interesting and entertaining things to do. It's a great spot for certain!
