Wilmington is a booming city located in Delaware just outside of the Philadelphia area. Wilmington is loaded with towering buildings containing business offices, corporations, luxury condominium home rentals and many retailers. This area has apartments and condos but not as many houses. The surrounding areas have many more house rentals to look at. Many who come to this area also tend to look at home rentals in Philadelphia since it is so close! Wilmington is a great city to live by if none other than the fact that it has loads of jobs for locals!
