| AZ - jrpaine - This is a wonderful home. The backyard is huge, and the side yard is perfect for RV parking (there is a large RV gate leading into it). The front yard is rock, so maintenance is easy. There is a covered patio. The A/C is new and easily adjustable with the programmable thermostat, and there are ceiling fans throughout the house. There is a new dishwasher in the very large kitchen / dining room area, and the refrigerator is provided as well. The utility room is good-sized and has a lot of cabinet space as well as hookups for a washer and dryer. It opens into a covered, 2 car carport. The house is also wired for 2 phone lines and DSL. |
