| GA - kathe_loner@hotmail.com - Me and my husband are looking to move from Ohio to the Waycross, Georgia area to begin college and are currently expecting our first child. We expect to be in the area for at least 2 years or more. We have 1 senior dog who is very mild, she is 34lbs and is of the age where she sleeps, eats, and baths in the sun all day and really nothing more. She does not bark and rarely howls. We also own 1 small rat snake. Maximum length in adult hood will be between 3-4ft long. We would prefer a 2 bedroom/1 bath so as to have room for the coming baby, hopefully 700+ sq ft home with a yard. Although a home as big as 3 bedroom/2 bath would be very welcome. Preferably with a Washer/Dryer hookup available to use and (if possible) furnished with a Refrigerator and Stove. Although the Refrigerator and Stove being supplied is not a direct requirement if the house is nice enough and we take a real liking to it. I believe a home should be left as nice and clean as it was received and we have never lived in an apartment or home where we have not received the security deposit back.
