We're moving out of a 3 bed 2 bath house we've been renting because it sold. Ideally, we'd like to rent a HOUSE, at least two bedrooms, with a yard for our son and some storage space. We will sign at least a year lease. We're clean-living, professional, and if anything we will leave your home in BETTER condition than it is when we move in.
