We expect to be in the area for at least 2 years or more. We have 1 senior dog who is very mild, she is 34lbs and is of the age where she sleeps, eats, and baths in the sun all day and really nothing more. She does not bark and rarely howls. We also own 1 small rat snake. Maximum length in adult hood will be between 3-4ft long. We would prefer a 2 bedroom/1 bath so as to have room for the coming baby, hopefully 700+ sq ft home with a yard. Although a home as big as 3 bedroom/2 bath would be very welcome. Preferably with a Washer/Dryer hookup available to use and (if possible) furnished with a Refrigerator and Stove. Although the Refrigerator and Stove being supplied is not a direct requirement if the house is nice enough and we take a real liking to it. I believe a home should be left as nice and clean as it was received and we have never lived in an apartment or home where we have not received the security deposit back. Miami with following requirements: MUST: Have washer/drying in unit. parking close (outside unit preferred) OR valet to carry packages. pleasant view. no oldish outdated homes unless "chic" charm. will only have clothes for this short time, so all other amenities are necessary. very responsible, clean over 50 (BUT NO 55+ CONDOS) tenant with one son who visits often so need 2 parking spaces, 1 very close to unit, the other no preference except availability. nice neighbors - not into party-all-night environment, but don't mind normal partying. |

I am searching for a house or home only that is for rent where I will have more privacy. I have encountered some bad experiences living in apartments, condos, and townhomes, and motel rooms. I refuse to live next to druggies, and bumbs that hang out all-day and night 24 hours that don't have a job, don't have an education, and worst of all......No Life At All. We have a 35 poung dog and 4 cats, two are very old and inside. the other two are adopted, all fixed, have updated shots, but like to sleep in the yard (except when its cold or rainy). FYI - haved lived in Mimai for 16 years, but a Boston born and raised woman! We would love a yard. Near the main stays of the city - restaurant, library, stores, grocery, gay or gay-friendly services. I'm a transcriptionists (medical and general). my partner is a handy-woman and an excellent cook. I'm looking to come home to New England in the near future and right now I'd like to look in Vermont as I've always loved it. I don't know of other areas, but I don't want it too rural. |

We're moving out of a 3 bed 2 bath house we've been renting because it sold. Ideally, we'd like to rent a HOUSE, at least two bedrooms, with a yard for our son and some storage space. My husband works and we were saving up to move, but his company is slowing down so he's not working as much and I cannot work because I have to watch my 4 year old son. Right now all three of us(my husand, my son, and myself) are sharing one room in my mother's apartment and there's no room for the baby. We sent an applicaiton for housing assistance, but the waiting list is 5-7 years. If there is someone out there that can help us out, we would greatly appreciate it. We don't plan on living with help forlong, just until my huband can find a stable job. |
