Home is split level, with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs, the living room on the main floor, and the kitchen/second bathroom are 3 steps down from that level. House also has a finished basement that is not permitted as a living space. It's a bonus room that can be used as a den/office/storage. There is extra storage space in the garage and there will be a washer/dryer in the downstairs bathroom (the ones pictured are broken, so will be replaced). If someone wants to bring their own washer/dryer, then I can discount the rent $100/month. Will consider cats and small dogs with additional pet rent (1.5%) and pet deposit ($300). Trash included with rent. 1-3 year lease. Tenant responsible for following HOA rules, show shoveling, keeping the yard maintained, and changing HVAC filters monthly.
